Terms of Service

1. What A2Z does

A2Z operates a matching service connecting iGaming content creators with brand partners running paid campaigns. We are not an employer, agent, or employer-of-record. Any deal you sign is between you and the brand directly.

2. Eligibility

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You own or legally represent the channel you're submitting.
• You are permitted under local law to promote regulated iGaming products to your audience.
• You're not on any public sanctions list.

3. What you represent

By submitting, you represent that everything you tell us is accurate. Misrepresenting audience size, geo, or niche terminates your relationship with A2Z and may terminate any brand deal we've matched you into.

4. Fees

Applying is free. Being matched is free. Running a brand deal is free to you - A2Z is compensated by brand partners, not creators.

5. No guarantee of a match

Submission does not guarantee introduction to a brand or a signed deal. Matches depend on brand demand, your niche, audience quality, and geo.

6. Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish on your channels, including disclosures required by your jurisdiction (ASA, FTC, etc.). A2Z does not pre-approve your content.

7. Termination

Either party can terminate the relationship at any time by email notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes are resolved in Maltese courts.
